That February feeling, by our Snowmobile guide!

Our snowmobile guide Dale had this to say about his recent experience on his snowmobile adventure!

February 4th 2012 ~
"It's -7*C and sunny, a typical February day in the South Chilcotin mountains. Everything was covered in heavy frost, and the mountains tops looked inviting....

After a hearty breakfast, we took our pack lunches and fired up the sleds. We rode from the ranch straight into the alpine, up the Relay trail.

Once in the alpine, we were ready to sled all day on amazing white powder, up and down mountain tops. By mid-day, we picked a good spot in the sun and built a fire for lunch. As the afternoon moved on, we found some fresh wolf and moose tracks. We were able to catch beautiful 360* views from high mountain tops, with good sledding in sight: places like Loan Goat, Noel, Cadwolder, Hurley, Slim.

We came back to Chilcotin Holidays Guest Ranch by dusk for a hot meal, relaxed by the fire place watching videos of our adventures of the day, and sharing exciting experiences and memories!"
