Hot sunny days on the esl ranch! - study English as a second language on horseback

Hot sunny days in the mountains, perfect weather for riding and the views are amazing. Even though we are riding high up in the treeline, it is still warm enough to just wear T-shirts. The meadows are full of wildlife, deer, eagles and bears. It is possible to sit on our horses and take pictures of the bears in the distance quite safely.

A trip up to Spruce Lake and the alpine meadows is the perfect break for our language students. We have had a week of blistering hot weather and it has taken it's toll on the flowers but nothing can spoil the mood as the students ride through the meadows. All our English as a second language students that register for a month or more get the opportunity to go up into the mountains on a pack trip where they can ride on even more exciting trails.
